Patty Hickman

With 17 novels from major publishers, I continue to write fiction while expanding into TV and film—where story becomes visual and visceral. A Queens University MFA graduate, I trained under Pulitzer Prize–winning authors and screenwriters who taught me the art of making words move. My work blends the precision of Fincher, the wit of Waititi, and the humanity of Spielberg and Ron Howard—dark thrillers shot through with subversive humor.

Randy Hickman As a collaborator, I dig deep into character and bring authenticity through meticulous research and development. My storytelling lens is shaped by the sharp wit of James L. Brooks, the visionary worlds of Guillermo del Toro, and the layered plotting of Vince Gilligan.

Joshua Hickman I studied filmmaking at The New School and music performance at Berklee College of Music, performing with artists including Paula Cole and Burt Bacharach. My acting credits span off-Broadway musicals, New York-based TV series, and feature films. As a co-writer with ZombieDog, I help create original screenplays and TV series—often with leads who are bold, complex, and unpredictable. My influences include Steven Knight, Denis Villeneuve, and Todd Berger. I’m drawn to stories that challenge the notion of good versus evil, leaving audiences with that elusive, lightning-in-a-bottle sense of wonder.
